Since you have "and" in between, I assume you consider those two separate sentences/phrases?
"Tanoshī kansha no ōku wa" isn't a standalone sentence, but says "A lof of fun appreciation/gratitude" or something along that line; not quite grammatical even as a phrase.
"futatabi o ai shitai to kangaete imashita" "I've been thinking that I want to meet (you) again," so "I've been hoping to meet (you) again."
