Study Japanese in Toyota city or Nagoya

I plan to study Japanese next year, but I will stay in Toyata city because my boyfriend will move to work there. I plan to study 1 year.
I try to find Japanese language institute in Toyota or near by, but most of them are in Nagoya. So, please advise:
1. How much of monthly by train from Toyota to Nagoya?
2. Can I work a part time job if my language skill is a beginner.
- If so, how can I find job or arubaito?
3. Please advise if there are any language school near by Toyota city.

Yamasa is in Okazaki, I've heard it is excellent. I'm not looking at a map right now but if I had to guess I'd say that Okazaki is probably about as far from Toyota as Nagoya is.
