Looking for this in Tokyo/Osaka/Kyoto. Looks delicious.

I assume they mean the coffee that's been made with water, instead of hot water... then it is referred to as "mizu-dashi" coffee (cold water brew), and some places such as Tully's serve it during the summer season. Now that the temperatures are dropping, I don't know until when they will serve that (or sell the home cold brew kit). And I don't know any independent coffee shops that serves it.
