What is your level of Japanese comprehension (listening)? Classes will be in Japanese and if you can't keep up with the understanding of oral communication, you will not be accepted.

Did you not graduate high school in the Philippines?
I think it would be better for you to go to a language school.

Have you looked into the BOE website of your area? There is no age limit, especially if you choose a teijisei.

Japanese high schools don't set age limits.
I had a classmate who was around 30.

Mabuhay, some high schools which accpect "Kikoku-shijo" and "Half Japanese" whose mother tongue is not Japanese, for example Hirio high school in Tokyo.
Also, Teijisei/Yagaku (=Evening shools) accepct even non-Japanese.
