Can I reapply after COE denied?

I m from Nepal.I applied for student visa for japan in January Intake.But unfortunately my COE was rejected.I m totally tensed from that result.Is everything is gone by that result?I want to go to japan in any cost so what can i do? Please suggest me.I m waiting your suggestion.Please kindly help me

If you applied through your school (or if the school that you will be attending applied on your behalf, after you have been admitted by the school for January start and you have paid in the tuition), the application should go through.

They say if you apply again for the same type of visa within a short time after a rejection, with no change in your circumstances, they might not accept the application (as the result will likely be the same).
