Hi Serkan: There are quite a few Turkish restaurants in Tokyo. I have had very good shishkabob in Omotesando area. Below is a link that list a few in the Tokyo area.

SIMSIR 2006/10/13 23:07
Not in Tokyo, but I know a REEEAL good one in Yokohama. It's called SIMSIR. Their food and beverages are genuine, and on weekends they even have a bellydancer!

Simsir 2008/10/24 03:25
Simsir is the best in the Kanto area in my opinion. Not only because of the food (which is great by the way) but because all the people there are so freindly and delightful. When I told them my wife and I wanted to go to Greece and Turkey for our honeymoon, they gave us all sorts of advice about places to go.....and avoid.

Nothing bets that for service.

By the way, if you ever want a quick kebab, Simsirs truck outside of Daiei in Yokohama makes the best in Japan. I regularly stop by there to get my Turkish fast food fix.

There are at least 2 in the Sunjuku 3-chome area.

One is Istanbul:

The other is:

Been to both but Bosphorus Hasan has better food IMO. It's quite popular so there might be a wait.
As with most middle eastern food in Japan, it's quite overpriced compared to, for example, the same meal in New York.
