27th Birthday alone in Tokyo

So I've been in Tokyo alone for about a month now, and my birthday is coming up - I thought of having dinner in the sky tree restaurant, but at a minimum 12500 yen, thats waaaay over budget.
I've read some good suggestions like buying cake from a depachika and going to an arcade, but wanted to see what else people thought would be fun/special to do.
Somewhere nice (but not too expensive) for dinner would be really cool. Or somewhere interesting to visit, I've done all of Ueno museums, the Nezu Museum, the National Art Centre and 2121 Design Museum. I was thinking maybe the aquarium, but I don't know, even visiting an interesting town, with cool shops would be fun.
I just really want to make it special - I'm in Tokyo, a different world to me, so I want to make the most of it.
I'm staying just north/east of Taito, so somewhere around that location or central Tokyo would be helpful.
Thanks
