Use "Google translate" mostly enough.
1. 私を助けてもらえますか?
2. 最寄りのトイレ/出口/駅はどこですか?
3. どこで支払うのですか?
4. 私はこれを注文したいと思います。

But below is the best/natural.
1. お手伝いしていただけませんか? or 手伝っていただく事はできますか?
2a. この近くに「お手洗い」は有りませんか?
2b. 一番近い「出口」は、どこですか? (for enter is "入口")
2c. 一番近い「駅」は、どこですか?
3. どこで支払えばいいのでしょうか? (in store : レジはどこですか?)
4. これをお願いします。 or これでお願いします。

Change to "ERICA" or "HIKARI"(2nd/4th face icon fr left) is the best.

And pls don't forget "Excuse,me/us" = すみません、
and "Thank you!" = ありがとうございました。 as basic manner.

But in this case most Japanese(except elder) able to understand such basic phrases/words.
Just speak a bit slower.

Depends on what kind of help you need. You have to be more specific.
ちょっとおしえてください。
ちょっとボタンをおしてくれませんか。
etc, etc.
Just saying すみません。 works in most cases, though.
