Finish school and Baito 2016/12/21 20:00
Hello,

I just finish my japanese's school and my student visa will be dissolute next year.
Now, I'll be working for Christmas until the 8th of January... is that okay for me to work?
Another question, when I filled up the papers for finishing the school, they asked to check going back to my country case, but I wanted to check "other" case 'cause I'll be looking for a job from January. Does the school have the right to force you to choose or is it not normal?

I think maybe going to the immi for those questions, but I don't know if it won't be closing for the holidays.

Thank for reading.

did you apply for permission to work/engage in other activities fro immigration? If no then you are not allow to work.

if permission is given, you can only work up to 28hours total per week only.

if you work without permission and get caught, you will be jail, fine, deported and ban from japan for few years, maybe 5.
