I am a Malaysian studying in japan . I completed and perfected my n5 to n1 Japanese language course . So I'm considering going for a pilot candidate in japan as I always dream of being a pilot . So what i want to ask is where can I apply for a pilot candidate, the requirements, the chances of getting it, and also everything else that I should know.

ANA and JAL hire young students as pilots of their jets. generally, they hire flesh students (candidates) as 正社員 and they pay the full salary and the necessary money to get a license. (they grow up their jet pilots by their money. that is the reason why Japanese trust ANA and JAL more than other foreign airline companies.) I don't think they hire foreigners as pilot candidate, because foreigners easily change the companies, after they have got the license.

Actually they don't. OP might however get a chance with low-cost airlines like Peach Aviation.

Even if they did, I don't think you could get a work visa for that...
