For example, I get working visa sponsered by resturant/hotel. Now am I supposed to do the work in same resturant or I can change my profession as per my ability.

Technically, you can change to anything within your residency status class. So, you could change to something else within hospitality, but not to engineering, since that would be a different residency class.

As the above poster says, you omitted the most important information: your current status, and the type of job you want to move to. (There is no "hospitality" status.)
