Employee pension lumpsum payback 2017/1/11 17:11
I worked for two companies in japan(one year at present and two years in my previous company). Before leaving Japan can i claim pension totaling 3years or my pension lumsum payback is only for one year from the current company?

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do 3 years. And I believe you don't claim until after you return home (though make sure you have all the necessary documents before you leave).

Yes, you can apply for the three years you paid. Just make sure you don't lose your blue pension book as you will need to send that with the necessary forms.
