I will be making a trip to fukuoka on April 15 2017. can anyone please tell me if the Oyster restaurants around Inoshima are still open and when is the best time to go.
Also any problem with children along.

If you plan to go to oyster huts in Itoshima, they'll finish in late March.

Thank you for your reply.
besides oyster season in Inoshima, is there anything other interesting food around the area.
We'll be driving around the area visiting some strawberry farms and some waterfall scenic sights.
Thank you.

We love driving Sunset Road along the peninsula coast line, including Futamigaura shrine gate in the sea. There're some cozy cafe.
When you say you drive, northern Karatsu would be fun. Yobuko, Nagoya castle ruins, Hado-misaki cape, etc. View from Kazenomieruoka Lookou in Kabeshima Island is really super on a sunny day.
