Refund on a six month Pasmo commuter pass

I bought a six month NAMED commuter pass valid from November 4th 2016 to April 4th 2017. Now I'm moving to a new place in February and will no longer be using the same route (will be using JR from Feb on wards).
Will I be able to get a refund for the last two months alone?
