Hi everyone my name is Gustavo Woltmann and I am an assistant in a small publishers company since 2006. Been in love with Japanese food lately and I bought some Kikkomans. May I know what are the best recipes that can be accompanied with Kikkoman?

We use Kikkoman. It is a dark soy which is meant to be for colour but I prefer the taste to light anyway. We actually use the gluten free one because of some sensitivities in the family. While we use it for a lot of things, eg yakitori or sukiyaki or in japanese curries (mouth waters), one of my favorites is shoyu ramen. Here is a link to a pretty easy recipe where the soy is essentially the base of the dish. http://japanesefood.about.com/od/ramen/r/shoyuramen.htm. I put in crackling pork from the chinese butcher. mmmmmmm.
