i just wanted to know what do you think about going to Japan at 18, and if its the right choice. and if so what colleges should i go to.
but also, whats the legal adult age in Japan 2017

If I were you and were able to do so financially and immigration-wise, yes, I would do so immediately.
Legal age is 20, but the government is currently seeking to lower it to 18.
