My parent sent money from HSBC (Brunei) to Japan (Japan Post Bank). The money is current in Japan where the bank are asking for Intermediary Bank in Japan ( Intermediary Bank use in Japan Post is either UDS or EUR). The document which my parent filled, does not include Intermediary Bank, is there anywhere to withdraw the money?

When transferring to a JP Bank account, you MUST go through one of the two intermediary banks, and the funds must be first converted in EUR or USD depending on which one you go through.

There is no way to "withdraw" your funds in Japan now, you must cancel the transfer, or wait for it to be automatically rejected, and do it again properly.

Yes, a rejected transfer typically incurs fees.
