Route Kamakura to Fujikawaguchiko?

We go to Japan for the first time.
We want to go from Kamakura to Fujikawaguchiko.
What will be the best way?
Bij train or by bus?
Do you have suggestions?

If you take the third advice for train ride from Kamakura to Yokohama then highway bus from Yokohama to Kawaguchiko, that will do.
