Have you opened an Eikaiwa?

Can you tell me an experience of something that may be of use to know?
I am considering opening my own Eikaiwa on a Specialist visa and changing it to a Self-sponsored visa. I'm not sure how hard that would be. And I'm curious about any paper work that needs to be done, and anything else?
Thank you!

I believe that opening your own business is not possible under Specialist resident status ( those assume that you are employed), and that Self-sponsorship is if ever possible after working in a similar field underemployment for some years, on the basis of which you might get if you can show that your income from multiple sources is enough to earn a living. Your own business would mean Business manager/investor status.
