I want to visit TOCHIGI to NIRAGAWA station on Tobu Isesaki Line By tokyowidepass.Do u think this pass cover whole line?Do I need to buy extra ticket?

No, the Tobu Isesaki Line is not covered.

I am planning on visiting Tokyo (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku). As well has Mt. Fuji, Hakone, and Izu peninsula. Which pass should I buy that will allow me to travel to all these areas? thanks!
