Yes, head to the Franciscan Chapel Center: http://franciscanchapelcentertokyo.orgThere are five masses each weekend and at Easter there'll be the full vigil. It's quite an international crowd, with lots of young families, and you'll get a good welcome. The priests are elderly American Franciscans who've ministered in Japan for 50+ years.
