What is the whole sentence going to be, and in what context? When you say you "can" talk to someone, do you mean something specific like "talk in confidence," "consult on a private matter," or are you looking in the sense of a friend that you can discuss anything and everything with? It makes a big difference whether you mean a chatting buddy or something more important.

consult on a private matter 私の相談に乗ってくれる人
a friend that you can discuss anything 私の話し相手になってくれる人
