Acceptance rate of Japanese Universities? 2017/2/27 12:44
Hey! I really want to study in Japan preferably at Sophia, Keio, or ICU but I'm kinda worried about if I'll actually get accepted. So does anyone know if they're really difficult to get into for international students? Like what's the average SAT score, gpa and stuff. Thank you!

Keio has two programs a liberal-arts (GIGA) and a brand-new economics (PERL)

Sophia has just a liberal arts program.

Same with ICU... But they have aho-yama!

I'm Waseda, so here's some links for there! We have a liberal-arts and an economics/poly sci program. We're supposedly rivals with Keio, but I think at the end of the day we're both just trying to have some fun before midterms and finals.

I was recently accepted into Keio's PEARL Program. My highest old SAT score is 1960. My grades are mostly A's and B's. and I have a 4.5 weighted GPA.
Although when I looked at the requirements for Keio, they never specified a minimum for SAT/ACT scores. However, they do require their applicants to submit a TOEFL score even if you've lived in a English speaking country all your life. Other than your grades, I think the personal essay is definitely really important. I can't really speak much for the other universities like Waseda since I didn't look too much into it, but I hope this helps!
