Pet grooming scissors in japan?

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anybody knows of any shops that sells professional pet grooming scissors in the Tokyo area? I'll be visiting Japan in couple weeks and would love to be able to look around and buy some nice shears for work! I appreciate y'all in advance :)

The home goods chain Shimachu usually has a large pet care section and in store grooming salon, so I think they would also have grooming supplies. There are also smaller shops in various places, though I'm not sure how good the supplies will be.
