Planning to visit the Asahikawa Remen Village in July. Due to limited quota and time, probably can only try 1....which ramen is the best out of the entire village? http://www.ramenmura.com/shopinfo.htmlAs an aside, in the US we have a Santouka and it is IMO the best ramen in the US. Should we still try it in Japan or am I better of trying something new if it's the same??

Reading all descriptions (translate as required), it's quite obvious that they are all very different. So, follow your own taste/curiosity/instinct. Otherwise you will always wonder what your choice would have been like. Sometimes your decision can change based on what the shop or the chef looks like.
