COE denied, still can go with tourist visa?

Hi all,
I have question and very appreciate if I can receive support from you.
My COE for working was rejected a week ago. But I do have a multiple temporary visa (for travelling). So I still can enter Japan with that visa right? It is not affected by the COE right?

Yes you can still travel inside Japan.
The only thing with Short term stay (less than 90 days) is that you can not do any employment or remunerative activities during your stay

Sure, my purpose is very clear and pure. I go to Japan just for travelling, I have the round tickets, the hotel booking. (mine is just 15 days)
I just afraid that there is any case that the immigration office think that because my COE was rejected so I just try to go by another way (like my temporary visa ) there to work.

Just curious: what was the reason given for your COE rejection?

Sorry to hear that. Was there a lawyer involved? They usually know the best way to present your credentials.

It sounded like you had experience but did you have a bachelor's degree?

Yes, I dont have bachelor degree.

For each working field there are requirements. Did you have applied for Engineer / Specialist in Humanities / International Services?

Because the email reply content seems to refer to that. If so than these are the requirments

the Authorized activities you may do are,
Engineer: Working in the fields of physical science, engineering or other natural science.

Specialist in humanities: Working in legal, economic, social fields or in the human science.

International services: Working in translation, interpretation, language instruction, public relations, international trade, fashion design, interior design, product development.

Requirements
Engineer:University degree in the corresponding field or 10 years of professional experience

Specialist in humanities: University degree or 10 years' professional experience in the field

International services: 3 years' professional experience in the field except for interpretation / translation or language instruction that only require a university degree.

I don't know whether my employer hired a law agent do the process for me or not. But it seemed they did all things by themselves. And they save words a lot. after i sent documents to them, there were just 2 mails replying back to me. other mails they didn't borther to answer me.

You cannot reapply a visa application if your previous application was rejected and you will apply for the same purpose of visit within six months from the rejection.
The reason is, for example, that they would accept the same application the day after it was rejected, the circumstances would not change so that the result of examination would be the same. However, sometimes they accept re-applications within six months in cases where circumstances have changed significantly after the rejection.

But best is to consult the Japanese embassy or immigration office. They can inform you much better.

Without a bachelor's degree, you'll have to show that you have 10 years of work experience in the field you want to work in, in Japan. Hopefully you will be successful next time!
