It is possible to do online, but you need a valid address in Japan with most shops. Also some shops are not accepting reservations anymore due the long waiting time.
I am sorry I can not help you well, but if I see a place I will let you know, since I am living in Japan and I come often to this site to help people.

Thanks Justmyday! As this is my first time to Tokyo, i don't have any address. Just wondering if places like Akihabara, would Nintendo switch be selling there?

Akihabara is a well know electronic area, they will be sold there, but getting one would maybe difficult. Maybe by the time you are going, there would be stock again maybe....
