Where to buy Tokyo or Japan snowglobe 2017/4/5 00:15
Hi,
I have a friend who collects snowglobes, and I try to bring one back for him whenever I travel.
I have looked all over Tokyo, and have not managed to find a single snow globe in any souvenir shop I've entered... Any ideas? Has anyone seen these sold?

Thanks,
Ben

Snow globes are not a well known or popular souvenir here in Japan, but they'll likely be at the airport. Doing a quick google images search for "snow globe tokyo (スノードーム東京)" brings up some options. I see one that says Tokyo Tower, so maybe at Tokyo Tower they sell some. Probably if they sell there, they also sell at Tokyo Sky Tree. Looks like there's one for Tokyo Station's Marunouchi building. And of course, Disney has them! Anyway, super touristy areas catering to Western tourists will probably be your best bet, or at the airport.

Oh hey, look, there's also a snow globe museum! (http://www.snowdome-museum.org) They might have some souvenirs for sale!
