About Red Direct Card (UFG)

After I landed in Japan, I went to register for Cash and Debit cards. I waited for about a week for these 2 cards. But what surprised me was I received another card which is a direct card which is red in colour. I don't remember signing up for that and I have no idea about that card. Does anyone have any information about a direct card?

I have the red card from MUFG and it is the ATM card. I also have a black debit card from MUFG, which doesn't work at the MUFG ATM machines.

Isn't that red MUFG Direct card something you register over the internet and use for online banking (checking balance, remittances, etc.)?

Does it have a phone number and a URL, like the small picture on this page?
