Visa upon arrival Japan 2017/5/17 09:57
I'm a vietnamese passport holders.
I have schengen & US Visa (still valid) on my passport. However, I havent got enough time to apply for Japanese visa. Can I get visa upon arriving Japan? I have been to Japan before.

No, you can't.

Vietnamese passport holders are not among countries included in the visa waiver program:
http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/short/novisa.html

Meaning? Vietnamese must have visa before departing to Japan. BTW, visas and residency permits from other countries does not anything to the Japanese visa requirements.

Japan is not a country in Europe nor a state of US.
Therefore, your Schengen visa and US visa are not valid in Japan.
You need to apply a proper visa in advance.
