Minimum Requirements For Waseda University

I'm now a 9th grader and I'm planning to study in Japan for college. I'm planning on major in Economy and Business of Waseda University of International Liberal Studies. I want to know what's the minimum requirements of GPA scores, SAT scores, TOFEL scores, and some IB requirements.

There seem to be no minimum requirements, except "Change of Affiliation Entry" of TOEFL(iBT) 79 or IELTS 6.5.

It appears to be getting difficult to pass "AO Entry". It would be better not to rely on past experiences.

For a Japanese applicant, the minimum level for the International Liberal Studies is said to be 89% in the National Center Test or 65.0 in the Hensachi. 890 points in a 1000 point test, or a score +1.5 standard deviation above the average (90 points in a test of an average 60 and a standard deviation 20; 60 + 1.5 * 20 = 90).
