hello! i was wondering if you could you tell me what 話す, 語る, 夢見る人, and 夢見る are literally translated to? i believe the second one is translated to "tell" or something but i'm not sure, and i believe the last two are "dream" but i'm not sure if it's a verb or noun.

話す The most general term for speak, talk, discuss, etc.
語る this one is more to tell (a story), to give a narrative, to speak (of one's emotion, aspirations, etc)
You can't really have a single word-to-word translation :)
夢見る人 a person who dreams, a dreamer
夢見る this one is a verb, to dream.
