hi, can I check if the highway bus from Tokyo station to Hitachi seaside park runs daily or only certain day? How can I reserve the bus ticket?

Daily from Tokyo sta Yaesu Exit South(10:30, 15:30, 16:40, 17:30, 18:30, 19:40, 20:50) and Sat/Sun/Holiday ONLY(21:30), depart from bus stop No.8.
You can buy the bus ticket at JR Expressway Bus ticket office at Tokyo sta Yaesu South Exit, and from the bus driver on the way back to Tokyo sta.
There are multiple(return) tickets also available at Tokyo sta ticket office.
