How to prepare for music education in Japan?

I would like to know if there are any language schools in Tokyo or Osaka area which are specifically good for preparation for music studies at Japanese Universities. I heard that some JLS provide uni preparation programmes but not sure whether it applies for music. Also could be interesting to know whether arts universities provide any preparation courses (actually I only need to learn translations for music terms). Or maybe my best bet would be to find a music college student and ask for help in exchange for English practice?
