I got a really bad omikuji at a shrine and got a bit desperate because i always feel myself as a bad lucky person.
Can someone please help me to translate?
I tried to on google translate but i got confused with all those non sense sentences.

I don't think the number is much help even if you told us where you got it, which you havent. If you would post a photo people might be able to translate a little. If it bothers you why didn't you tie it to one of the racks provided & leave it behind?

"98" has no bad meaning, just a management number.
