2-Day pass between Nikko and Lake Chuzenji

I intend to take a bus ride near Nikko Senhime Monotagari(Bus stop No.8) to visit Irohazaka winding road area, Lake Chuzenji , Kegon waterfall and Ryuzu waterfall and would like to know whether I be able to use the bus service to cover the above places of interest if I purchase subject Pass?

Bus Stop #8 is Sougoukaikan-mae 総合会館前 , according to this map: http://www.tobu-bus.com/pc/search/rosenzu/nikko.pdf?201708Chuzenji Onsen Pass (2000 yen/2 days) covers up to Osaki (Bus Stop #31) only, not quite to Ryuzu-no-taki (Bus Stop #37). Two passes cover Ryuzu Falls: Senjougahara (戦場ガ原 , 2650 yen/2days), and Yumoto Onsen ( 湯本温泉, 3000 yen/2 days). Note that Irohazaka is located between bus stops #23 & #50, and there is no bus stop between them. The bus makes a one way loop (counter-clock-wise, I believe) in that area. All 3 passes I mentioned above cover all other areas of your interest.
