Taking a morning flight out of Itami Airport

Aloha - My husband and I want to book an 8:15 flight on Japan airlines out of Itami airport. The earliest bus I can find out of Shin Osaka is 6:20. We have never flown out of Itami airport so we are not sure how busy it is. It is reasonable to catch the 6:20 Ok bus and be able to make our 8:15 flight?

A mixture of subway and monorail can get you there buy 6:20am and only costs 150 yen more.
