Driving in Chubu in Autumn

My family( I, my wife and my parents) are planning to drive in Chubu between 17 - 26 Nov, 2017.
Starting from Nagoya - Takayama (1 night) - Shirakawago (1 night) - Kanazawa - Nagano - Matsumoto - Fuji Mt. - Hakone (1 night) - Nagoya (1 night).
I would like to know
1. Is it a suitable route to drive? Do we need a special tires for snow? I dont want to drive in snow.
2. I plan to stay overnight in 4 towns but I have no idea about the rest 4 nights. Where should I stay overnight?
3. Where would you recommend to see the scenery autumn?
4. Where can I check the toll fee?
