Miyakojima and Yaeyema Island Accommodation

We are going to spending 4 days in each group of islands next month. I'm struggling to find nice accommodation, especially in Miyakojima. I've went through the likes of booking.com, AirBnB etc. We don't need anything fancy but would love to find somewhere with an outside area with sea views. Budget is around 100USD per night. Any tips?

Another website.... http://www.japanican.com/en/https://travel.rakuten.com/The Japanese version of Rakuten can sometimes be cheaper (with more options) but requires you to be able to read Japanese. The Japanese version is sometimes cheaper because the owner might update prices for specific weekends or dates if there is low occupancy. There are often also more food options, but that's because they don't have to translate the information into MULTIPLE languages. I've also found the same in China, Korea and Europe for specific websites as well....
