We have not budget stay at farmhouse 8000 to 10000 per person, so any recommend where to stay? Or any camp ground near by ogimachi or gokayama?

http://ml.shirakawa-go.org/en/accommodations/638/Finding a campground that has easy access (I am assuming you will not have your own transport) to either place and that is open (usually campgrounds are only open during the summer) will be tricky. They are also very rarely walk-in, but need prior reservation, typically in Japanese.
