About remarrying in japan

Hello everyone
I am Indian and I have been married with my Japanese wife for 5 years and I have a 4 years old daughter
We got married in India and I moved to Japan 5 years ago
I am living on 1 year spouse visa
We are planning to divorce
So I wanna know can I get married again in Japan with the Japanese.?
Can I marry right away or should I wait for sometime
Do I get a single marriage certificate from the city hall ? To be able to marry with another Japanese
Do I need a single certificate from India again or I get it from the Indian embassy
If I do that what do I have to do
Did anyone experience this ?

YES you can but will not look good for immigration point of view

You need to divorce also in India if your marriage is registered and start all the procedure of marriage over again.

Can I apply for the long term visa ?
I have 4 and half years old daughter
So I could support my child in future
I have been supporting my family since i have been working

you are free to remary again if you wish.
for residence permit your child can be giving you residence permit ...
STEPS
1, all you need to do is keep paying your child support. never miss to pay it.. keep the bank transfer receipts.
2, pay your tax
3, look for an immigration lawyer

you can do it by yourself but is better to use lawyer to apply for special permit for first time ....because they know all the immigration policy
you qualify for special permit because have been married for more than 3years. and you have japanese child.
next time you can apply by yourself.

How long is this visa for ?

Immigration may give you teiju visa if you help in raising the daughter. You need to show the skills, abilities to make livelihood on your own. Your wife must agree with you as a partial care taker. Most of the things will depend on your wife. You will get only 1 year teiju visa every year for 5 times as per immigration law. One of immigration lawyer told me in such divorce case with child. If you continue care of kid and pay tax for 5 years. Then 3 years visa will be offered and then you can apply Eiju(PR).
If you have technical skill, you can change to enginner visa, PR will be fast.

I think she wants me to support our child after divorce

Even I am working at the car factory gives me good salary to support my family and myself since I have been working at the car factory
