Does Kitaena Bus accept IC card payment?

Would like to travel to Magome from Nakastugawa station and back, but I can't find any information on if they accept IC cards or not. Someone on tripadvisor thought they did not accept them. Hoping someone can clarify this for me?

According to the Wikipedia of Kitaena Bus, it says that only cash is available, no IC cards are acceptable for the payment.
