Gotemba Premium outlet

We will be staying in Hakone for 2 days one night next month. We plan to visit Gotemba Premium outlet on a Monday and will be buying the Hakone free pass. I checked Gotemba Premium outlet website, there is a direct bus from Hakone Yumato station to Gotemba outlet but there are only 3 buses per day and the timing do not suit us. We are travelling with 2 kids.

Are there any other ways I can get to Gotemba outlet using Hakone free pass? I saw one forum mentioned to take Hakone Tozan train to Gora station, then take the shuttle bus from Gora station to Gotemba outlet. May I know what is the frequency of this shuttle bus? Can we use Hakone free pass for the shuttle bus? If no, how much is the bus ticket & how to purchase it? How long does the shuttlebus take to travel from Gora station to Gotemba?

After visiting the Gotemba outlet, how do we get back to Hakone Yumato station to pick up our luggages and head to Kyoto? How do I travel from Hakone to Kyoto? Do I need to book the Shinkansen bullet train ticket in advance, can someone share the Shinkansen bullet train website with me so I can book it? How long does the Shinkansen bullet train takes from Hakone to Kyoto?

Sorry for this long list of questions as this is my first trip to Japan.

To answer your questions we need a bit more information.

Going to Kyoto from Hakone means that you need to take the bullet train from Odawara station which is about 45- 50 min from Gora, and the journey takes about 2-3 hours depending on whether you take a hikari or a kodoma train. If you will not have the JR pass then you book the nozomi which is the fastest but definitely more expensive.

So, if you are going to Japan for the first time, how long will stay?
What will be your in and out cities?
did you consider purchasing the JR pass for your trip? did you assess whether it is cheaper to use it or just buy individual tickets?
Where will you stay in Hakone? In Gora or in Yumoto Hakone?
Some people who consider visiting Gotemba outlets from Hakone stay in Sengoku because it's closer.

The buses that go from there are Hakone Tozan bus and the Odakyu Bus.
The Odakyu Bus is covered by the Hakone free pass and takes you to Gotemba station where you can catch the free shuttle bus to the outlets and back if you want, otherwise you can take the Hakone Tozan bus back directly to Odawara.
