Which Travel Pass would you recommend?

Dear experts,
Which Travel options / passes would you recommend when seeing the following itinerary? Of course tips to make the trip more worthwhile are also much appreciated. Ifm a budget Traveller. Many thanks in advance for your help (Getting a bit confused with all the passes and options)
Here we go:
19/11/2017 Tokyo (arrival via the international airport)
20/11/2017 Tokyo
21/11/2017 Tokyo
22/11/2017 dagtrip to kamakura (or Nikko?)
23/11/2017 Travel to takayama
24/11/2017 takayama (Shirakawago)
25/11/2017 travel to Kyoto
26/11/2017 Kyoto
27/11/2017 Fushimi Inari-tempel (+ maybe Nara?)
28/11/2017 Travel Kyoto - Koyasan
29/11/2017 Koyasan (retreat, any suggestions?)
30/11/2017 Koyasan (retreat?)
01/12/2017 Travel to osaka
02/12/2017 day trip to hiroshima, late in the evening flight to Bangkok.

When you say international airport. You mean Narita? If so...
14 day JR pass... 46,XXX yen
NRT to Tokyo 3,000
Tokyo to Takayama 14,400
Takayama to Shin-Osaka 9,200
Shin-0saka to Hiroshima + rtn 10,100 + 10,100
Osaka to KIX 2,800
Koyasan World heritage ticket for your Koyasan days.
And IC card for non JR travel not covered by above passes.
Separate bus ticket for Takayama to Shirakawago + rtn.

Many Thanks for the advice. The JP rail pass is ordered!
One follow up question though.
How to travel to Kyoto? And from there to Koyasan. I do not see Kyoto in the overview ?
