Kyoto in 1.5 days

I will be staying in Osaka but going to Kyoto for Day 1 (1130am to 430pm), Day 2 (1030am to 5pm). Am I able to do all of the following?
Nishiki Market, Higashiyama District, Fushimi Inari Shrine, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove,Sagano Scenic Railway
If able, which place will you propose I do in my Day 1 and which in Day 2?

short day - Keihan train Yodoyobashi Station to Kiyomizu-Gojo Station, walk around Higashiyama area finishing at Nishiki/Pontocho/Gion area, Hankyu train Kawaramachi Station to Umeda Station.
longer day - Keihan mainline train Yodoyobashi Station to Fushimi Inari Station, JR train Inari Station to Saga-Arashiyama Station, visit Arashiyama sights, Hankyu train Arashiyama Station to Umeda Station.
