I just visited japan,for visiting relatives (temporary visa) with 15 days period of stay with 3months validity of visa which will expire on Jan 3., and has fully consumed my stay, now im back in my country, can i re apply any time? With my visa hasnt expired yetj?

Is that visa for a single entry or for multiple entries?

Well, if it is called gsingle entryh and you already entered and left, then this visa is used up and you would need to get a new one for the next visit.
