Hi There,
I'm planning to travel to fuji and west izu (dogashima) in 3 days and I think this pass is quite feasible for me. However, I am arriving late on day 1 and would like to use it the next day, may i know whether if i can exchange the pass in shinjuku? or perhaps kawaguchiko?
