A query on the Northern Kyushu Area Pass

As implied from the title above, I'm looking to purchase a five-day Northern Kyushu Area Pass during my trip to Japan in late December; does anyone know which types of train services are accessible through the use of this particular pass?

Do you know how long it will take for the vouchers for the Northern Kyushu Area Pass to reach us upon booking?

If you purchase vouchers through a travel agency, it depends on the travel agency.

You have to go to a ticket counter with you passport and a voucher or e-ticket anyway to get the pass, so why not just go to the ticket counter with only your passport and a credit card and purchase it in Kyushu. It's one of the passes you can purchase in Japan.
