We're thinking of going to Matsuyama and I noticed there's an art festival happening around that time: http://www.dogoonsenart.com/2018pre/art.html. It seems like it technically has started already and spans over a year, with most of the exhibits starting in April 2018. The festivals English website still says "coming soon", does anyone know if there will be exhibits in February?
