Visit outer discharge channel Tokyo

Hello,

I would like to visit the "metropolitan area outer discharge channel" in Tokyo during my upcoming trip to Japan.
In order to do that, I would need a Japanese speaking companion, since nonjapanese speaking guests need a Japanese speaking guide during this tour.

During my last visit, I got in touch with some students, that were practising their English by walking with me as a tourist through a park.

So my thought was, that some of these students may wanna join my trip. Does anybody know how to get in touch with them?
